This was the first issue of MAPS to feature a full-color front cover. The art was done by MAPS volunteer graphic artist Max Doubt, who also did the 50th Anniversary of LSD commemorative poster which was featured on the back cover of the Volume 4 Number 1 Summer 1993 issue of MAPS, and also on a t-shirt (the poster and t-shirt are sold out).
