Atasha Bozorgzad, Administrative Assistant (MAPS PBC)

Atasha Bozorgzad earned her bachelor of science degree in health education in 2017 from San Francisco State University. Prior to joining the Multidisciplinary Association for Psychedelic Studies (MAPS) and/or MAPS Public Benefit Corporation (MPBC), Atasha worked as a chiropractic assistant. Atasha also worked in Melbourne, Australia, as Central Appointments Officer for the Australian Defense Force. She was the first point of contact for Defense Force Members and managed their healthcare needs.
At MPBC, Atasha is currently serving as Administrative Assistant, providing support for the director and manager of the clinical operations team.
Atasha is passionate about alternative medicines that promote well-being and wholeness. She is thrilled to be a part of the work that MPBC is doing.
Atasha believes that we all have an internal force that stems from love and can heal humanity as a collective. In her free time, she enjoys being outdoors, reading, writing, running, traveling, teaching and practicing yoga.
