Ben Crowell, Training Coordinator (MAPS PBC)

Ben Crowell earned a bachelor’s degree in psychology in 2004 from Stanford University and is currently working towards a master’s in East-West psychology from the California Institute of Integral Studies. Prior to joining the MAPS Public Benefit Corporation (MAPS PBC), Ben worked at Google in a variety of product and marketing roles, including running a global marketing team at Waze and contributing to early commercialization strategy at YouTube.
At MAPS PBC, Ben is currently serving as a training coordinator, providing support for participants in the MDMA Therapy Training Program and contributing to the development and maintenance of training, planning, and communication materials.
Ben believes very deeply in the potential of psychedelics to be a catalyst for both individual and collective healing as well as the evolution of human consciousness. He is thrilled to be in a position to personally contribute to the MAPS PBC mission.
Ben is passionate about teaching, learning, and exploring. In his free time, he enjoys reading, hiking, golfing, playing tennis, cooking, gardening, stargazing, and watching and following most sports.
