Hailey is a double graduate of UC Berkeley (B.A. Development Studies, M.P.H. Epidemiology & Biostatistics) and Bay Area expat currently residing in the Southwest. Prior to joining MAPS PBC, Hailey managed NIH-funded HIV clinical trials for the San Francisco Department of Public Health and the University of California San Francisco in the U.S., Latin America, and Africa, for 12 years.
At MAPS PBC, Hailey is the Medical Affairs Program Manager, overseeing Investigator-Initiated Trials, a program she has been working on building since 2020. In her free time, she can be found hiking, kayaking, climbing, reading a book while sipping a good pinot, dancing to live music, or cooking a delicious plant-based creation.
