Keila serves as Strategy Officer at MAPS. Originally from Puerto Rico, Keila holds a B.A. in biochemistry from Wellesley, a Ph.D. in cell and molecular biology from Northwestern University, and learned the basics of strategy as a consultant at Boston Consulting Group. She has worked with both multinational and tiny companies to pursue exponential growth, but had always wondered why we treat ourselves – individuals – like such a fixed resource. Can’t we can also grow 2x, 10x, 100x? Keila believes creating an equitable, effective, and scalable architecture for psychedelic healing+growth to be one of the most important things to be done this century. She also believes in doing wonderful things with wonderful people, and is incredibly happy to be pursuing all these things at MAPS.
