Shirelle Noble (she/her) is a systems-thinker who brings over 10 years of strategy, marketing, operations, and product management experience to the emerging commercialization era of psychedelics.
She is interested in collaborating on the difficult problems facing our world: how do we heal people, communities, and the planet so we can thrive symbiotically? Shirelle is interested in psychedelic science, humane technology, regenerative solutions to the climate crisis, and building resilient communities. Shirelle was a cofounder of The North Star Project and helped publish the North Star Ethic Pledge.
Previously, she served on the executive team at LTK (formerly rewardStyle), where she worked across the organization to improve sales team efficiency, execute partnerships and M&A activities, launch a consumer app to 3M+ consumers, and expand global operations in London and Shanghai. Prior to LTK, Shirelle gained valuable strategy skills as a Consultant at Bain & Company in the Dallas and Melbourne offices. She has a B.B.A. in Finance and a B.A. in English from The University of Texas at Austin.
Shirelle grew up in Indonesia, Australia, and the U.S.A. She loves to travel, hike, practice Hatha yoga, dance, participate in dusty art projects, and pull pranks on people.
