Sneha Patel joins MAPS Public Benefit Corporation as its first Chief People Officer. As a member of the Executive Committee, Sneha’s responsibilities include oversight of Talent, Learning & Development, Performance Management, Team-Building and Culture, Compensation and Benefits, along with HR and People Operations.
Sneha has spent several decades in the biotech and pharmaceutical industry working at fast-growing companies such as Alexion, Ironwood, and Genzyme. She has played integral roles helping companies transition from pre-commercial to commercial. She is passionate about fostering transparency and creating a culture that is honest, fair, and caring and a workplace that values impact and excellence. Sneha spends her free time at her son’s soccer games, on hiking trails, at yoga, and at her local organic farm, and she enjoys cooking for friends and family.
