Travis Ramsey, Clinical Research Associate (CRA)(MAPS PBC)

Travis Ramsey earned a bachelor’s degree in chemistry in 2015 from The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. Prior to joining the Multidisciplinary Association for Psychedelic Studies (MAPS) and/or MAPS Public Benefit Corporation (MPBC), Travis worked in various fields of science including chemical analysis and development, as well as various clinical research roles, coordinating and monitoring clinical trials.

At MAPS PBC, Travis is currently serving as clinical research associate (CRA), focusing on Phase 3 trials. Travis is passionate about mental health and therapy, and joined MAPS/MAPS PBC in order to assist in the development of new and emergent treatments for many currently untreated psychoactive disorders. Travis believes that all of humanity deserves the best care and treatment that is available, and is delighted to be a part of the development of life altering therapies.

In Travis’s free time, he enjoys biking, hiking, camping, reading and creating friendships with strangers.
