Vignesh Ravichandran, Clinical Study Assistant (CSA) (MAPS PBC)

Vignesh earned a bachelor’s degree in biology from the University of Washington, Seattle in 2019. Prior to joining the MAPS Public Benefit Corporation (MPBC), Vignesh worked as a clinical lab assistant, then as a quality assurance associate helping with diagnostic testing and clinical research operations at a reference laboratory. At MAPS PBC, Vignesh is currently serving as a clinical study assistant, focusing on investigator-initiated trials.
From childhood through the present, various experiences drew Vignesh towards exploring spirituality and the inner healing potential everyone possesses. He believes the research done by MAPS PBC is incredibly important in helping us better understand how we can utilize psychedelic-assisted therapy for human inner healing and is grateful to be a part of a team of people who are making an honest effort to study it. In Vignesh’s free time, he loves adventuring with friends, making music, spending quality time with family, and exploring the wilderness.
