The Multidisciplinary Association for Psychedelic Studies (MAPS) is sponsoring clinical trials to explore the potential risks and benefits of 3,4-methylenedioxy-N-methylamphetamine (MDMA)-assisted therapy in chronic posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD) participants.

This manual provides researchers with a method of MDMA-assisted therapy to be used as a model in conducting these trials. This manual is intended only for use with subjects of an approved clinical trial who have provided their informed consent.
