September 2-3, 2019

From the event website:

This 2-day training offered by psychologists Ingmar Gorman and Elizabeth Nielson in cooperation with Nätverket för psykedelisk vetenskap is designed for clinicians and healthcare providers who want to learn more about current psychedelic research and clinical practice, including how to work with patients who have a history of psychedelic use or have expressed an interest in using psychedelics.

The two-day course will take place at the conference and spa hotel Djurönäset in the Stockholm archipelago. Djurönäset is easy to reach by bus from Slussen in Stockholm.

The course is primarily for health care clinicians and we will apply a priority order for admission, at the course arranger’s discretion. Although the course is aimed at Swedish clinicians, we welcome applications from international guests.

During the course, you will learn:

• The history of psychedelic substances and current research
• Psychedelic psychotherapy as a treatment for trauma
• Psychedelic harm reduction
• Integration techniques for clinical practice
• Consultation on psychedelic substances
• Resources
• Judicial and ethical considerations

Price: 3900 Swedish krona. Accommodation for one night at Djurönäset and meals are included in the ticket price. The course will be held in English.
