Refund & Return Policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange.


Our refund and returns window lasts thirty (30) days. If your return is not postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date, we cannot guarantee you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, all items must be in a new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. It must also be in the original packaging.

Goods are exempt from being returned:
• Gift Cards

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
• Books with obvious signs of use
• CDs or DVDs that have been opened
• Items not in their original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
• Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

We strongly encourage you to use a trackable shipping method when mailing your return. 


After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.  Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your statement.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund and it has been more than 2 billing cycles:

• Contact your Credit Card Company
It may take some time before your refund is officially posted

• Contact your Bank
There is often some processing time before a refund is posted

Sale Items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.


We will only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, first send us an email at

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a store credit will be emailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will be notified of your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, your original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
