MDMA arrives! Today the tiny amount of MDMA required for the MDMA/PTSD study (4 grams) arrived, shipped with all the appropriate DEA forms and procedures. Patients are being scheduled for screening to see if they meet the inclusion and exclusion criteria. This study is now fully underway. The tentative date for the first experimental session is April 16, completely coincidentally the same date that, in 1943, Albert Hofmann first accidentally discovered the psychedelic properties of LSD.
