Prof. Craker’s lawyers filed a fourth update with the U.S. Court of Appeals, First Circuit. The filing with the Court of Appeals is a part of our continuing defensive action in case DEA rejects our Motion to Reconsider and DEA’s Final Ruling goes into effect.
