On December 2, 2010, DEA Acting Deputy Administrator Michelle Leonhart responded to our Jan. 30 2009 Motion to Reconsider. Leonhart rejected re-opening the trial, but she requested the submission of a brief by March 7, 2011, to address some of the issues contested in her Final Order.
