MAPS’ Psychedelic Crisis Assessment and Intervention Training aims to enhance the knowledge, attitudes, and skills of first responders so they can quickly recognize and more effectively respond to emotional and behavioral crisis incidents involving psilocybin and/or other psychedelics. The program also seeks to support responder safety and wellness, as well as reduce legal exposure and department liability.
