This is an anonymous survey gathering preliminary data about the safety and ethics of ayahuasca ceremonies in various settings. The data collection is a part of the doctoral dissertation work of the principal investigator, Jessica Brown, M.A., L.M.F.T.
The survey is anonymous (no name, email, or IP address tracking) and the criteria for participation is as follows:
1.) You are 18 years of age or older
2.) You have participated in at least one ayahuasca ceremony
3.) You read, write, and speak English fluently
