Lina Hargadon, Institutional Philanthropy Manager

Lina Hargadon, the Institutional Philanthropy Manager at MAPS, brings over a decade of extensive experience in project management, foundation relations, and development within the nonprofit sector. Formerly the Director of Development at the Village Learning Place (VLP) in her hometown of Baltimore City, MD, she holds a master’s degree in public administration from the University of Baltimore and a bachelor’s in political science from the University of Vermont. Driven by a profound commitment to fostering positive change through community growth and education, Lina is enthusiastic about channeling her expertise and passion into furthering the MAPS mission.

Outside of her professional endeavors, Lina finds joy in staying active, whether hiking with her spouse, Dani,  and their two dogs, playing pickup games with her local rugby leagues, exploring Baltimore’s culinary scene, or embarking on travel adventures whenever possible.
